Good value, minor snag

I purchased a pair of Elemental Disc wheels for my gravel bike. The pricing was competitive, and the wheels themselves seem very well built for the cost. Delivery was prompt, arriving in about a week. My only slight complaint was that the tubeless valves weren't installed, which added a small step to getting them ready. Overall, a positive experience, and I'd consider them again for future upgrades, just factor in some minor assembly.

Solid wheel bag purchase

Needed a new wheel bag and picked one up from here. It's pretty sturdy, seems like it'll protect my wheels well when I travel. Shipping was fine, got here in about a week. No complaints really, except maybe the zipper pull could be a bit bigger, but that's just a small thing. Overall, good buy.

Thrilled with new aero wheels

Got the Zenith aero wheels and they are incredible! My speed instantly went up on my usual routes. The look is so slick on my bike. I can't wait for my next race with these. Definitely shopping here again when I need more gear. Everyone should check these out!

Love my new aero helmet!

Just got the Aero helmet from Wheelscience and it's fantastic! It's super comfortable and looks so sleek. I took it out for a ride yesterday and could really feel the difference. It came really fast too, which was awesome. Packaging was a bit big for just a helmet, but no damage! Can't wait to race with this. Definitely coming back for those carbon bottle cages next!

Consistently great wheels

This was my third order from Wheelscience, and they delivered again. I got the Elemental road wheels this time, and just like my previous Zenith set, they arrived well-packed and true. Took about 5 days to get to me, which is standard. The only thing is I wish they offered more color options for the decals, but the performance is solid.

Good wheels, fast shipping

I ordered the Elemental disc wheels. They arrived quickly and were well-packaged. Installation was straightforward. They feel solid on the road. Happy with the purchase.

Reliable wheels, consistent service

I've bought a few sets of wheels from Wheelscience now, and they've always been solid. My last order was for a pair of Elemental disc wheels. The delivery took about 5 days to get to me here in Colorado, which is pretty standard for them. They arrived well-packed, just like my previous orders for the Skyline climbing wheels and an earlier set of Elemental road wheels. The quality is consistent, and I appreciate that I know what to expect every time. It's why I keep coming back.

Solid wheels, slow delivery

I purchased the Elemental gravel wheels for my new build. The wheels themselves are top-notch; they felt very robust on my first few rides on mixed terrain and the tubeless setup was easy. However, the delivery took nearly two weeks to reach me in California, which was longer than the 7-10 days estimated. The tracking info also wasn't updated consistently, so I wasn't always sure where they were. When I emailed customer service about the delay, they responded within a day and were helpful, explaining a backlog. Overall, the product quality is high, but the shipping experience could use some improvement.
